Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
